Why Bamboo?

Our clothes are made of Viscose from Bamboo. Bamboo baby clothing has numerous advantages over other fabrics. It offers thermal-regulating features for naturally regulating body heat so you can keep your baby cool during the warmer seasons and warm during the cooler seasons. It is great for people with sensitive skin because it is hypoallergenic, eczema and irritable skin-friendly, antibacterial, and anti-fungal. The fabric is stretchy for a snug fit, and buttery soft. All of these benefits add up with the ultimate goal of keeping your baby safe and comfortable.

The Best For The Earth

Another reason why Bamboo is our preferred fabric is because of the ethical and eco-friendly advantages it provides. Bamboo, is technically a grass and is one of the most sustainable resources on earth, textile or otherwise. Bamboo can grow up to 3 feet in a single day and doesn't require replanting, fertilizers, pesticides, or tractors. It is one of the most sustainable materials out there, requires very little water, and perfect for clothing.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, and snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. 

Please make sure to notify us of your exchange at shop@thomastwins.co and provide us your order number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Return shipping labels are typically $7.50 but may vary depending on weight and location. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

Please allow 1 week for packages to be processed once they reach our store. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 5-10 business days to reflect payment on your account.
